Chief Financial Officer
Ben Sclater joined Canal Road Group in 2023 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Canal Road, Ben served at CBAM as CFO, where he oversaw all facets of finance, accounting, and tax. Before joining CBAM, Ben was the Director of Accounting at Eldridge, a private investment firm and CBAM’s parent. Previously, Ben was with EY in its Financial Services Office managing clients in the Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance industries. While at EY, Ben supported clients with their audit, accounting, compliance, and consulting needs in various jurisdictions around the world. Ben is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
